摘　　要：医学院校在开展教学和科研活动中,除必须具有掌握先进科学技术的专业人员和现代化的仪器设备外,还必需加强仪器设备管理队伍的建设,加强仪器设备的信息化管理、使用和维护管理,充分利用有效资源,提高设备利用率,保障仪器设备正常运行。With the booming development of technology in the 21st century, there should be not only the people who grasp the advanced technology, but also the modern equipment for medical education and research. Enforcing the management of equipment is very important to keep the equipment in smooth running, improve the efficiency of the employment of equipment and keep them in good condition. So establishing a set of management system has already be- come an essential part in the teaching and research activities in medical colleges and universities.
