摘　　要：重点从原燃料进口、钢铁产品出口、经济技术引进、跨国资本运作、国际财务管理等方面介绍了莱钢国际化运营的现状;同时从加强对钢铁产业链上游资源的占有、完善国际营销网络优化出口结构、积极探索国际资本运作、加强国际合作、积极推进财务工作国际化及加强员工培训等方面对莱钢国际化运营的发展提出了建议。This paper emphatically introduces the status quo of internationalized operation in Laiwu Steel Group in aspects of import of raw materials and fuels, export of iron and steel products, introduction of economy and technology,transnational capital operation,international financial management,etc and meanwhile makes suggestions about strengthening of occupancy of upstream resources in iron and steel industrial chain, consummation of international marketing network and optimization of composition of export commodities, energetic exploration of international capital operation, strengthening international cooperation, active pushing financial affairs towards internationalization as well as intensifying training of employees.
