摘　　要：系统介绍国外高校工程训练在建设理念、人材培养模式、课程体系建立、教学方法和手段改革等方面的前沿发展动态,指出我国高等工程教育中的工程训练的理念和建设与国外尚有较大的差距。提出促进我国高等教育中的工程训练教育发展的方法,进而得出现代工程训练是解决"培养善于将科学技术转化为直接生产力的工程师"的有效途径的结论。This article omtrpdices the development of foreign engineer training about it＇s building methods, course systems building and innovation of teaching method. After comparation withit the authar points out. we have deficiency in high-education about thought and building of engineer. So the author puts out original opinion about how to accelerate the development of our engineer training in our higheducation, then makes the conclusion that engineer training is the effective method to cultivate engineers Who can turn technology to direct productivity.
