摘　　要：介绍了基于Web的立体农情信息系统各功能模块的设计原理和方法。该系统通过把农业属性数据、投入数据、产出数据、专家系统、政府行为有机地结合在一起,使数据的录入、管理、分析和结果的显示一体化,实现在线信息数据提交、处理和结果反馈。This paper introduces the situation Web-based information system function module design principles and methods. The agricultural attributes of the data, input, output data, expert system, government acts organically combined to make data entry, management, analysis and the results show the integration, the realization of online information data to the Internet, processing and the results of feedback.
