摘　　要：本文以IMO有关"IMO公司和登记船东唯一识别号机制"的SOLAS 74修正案、实施通函和目前劳氏公平年鉴的实施情况为基础,就目前如何来实施该机制进行了分析和研究,对于我国实施该机制进行了简要的利弊分析,提出了我国的实施建议。This paper, based on the Amendments to the SOL.AS 1974 concerning IMO Unique Identification Number System, the Guidelines for hnplementation and the＂Fair Play＂ by Lloyd, provides the study and analysis on how to implement the system as well as the recommended implementation measures.
