摘 要:研究极端温度对椰甲截脉姬小蜂Asecodes hispinarum Boucek存活的影响。在2℃、33℃和36℃恒温条件下放置48h后,该蜂羽化率较对照来说大大降低,基本上不能羽化;而在0℃和39℃恒温条件下即使只放置24h,该蜂全部死亡。在该实验的基础上,结合其它生态学特性的研究结果,利用地理信息系统ARCVIEW3.2分析预测该虫在我国的可能适宜分布范围。结果表明:椰甲截脉姬小蜂在我国的最适宜分布范围在16.53°~19.1°N,108.61°~112.33°E,只集中在海南省的南部;适宜分布范围大体在20.03°~24.27°N,101.98°~117.65°E,集中在海南、广东、广西、云南和福建5省;潜在分布范围大体在23.3°~33.4°N,98.5°~122.1°E,主要集中在西南、华东、华中等地区的172个县。The threshold temperature to Asecodes hispinarum Boucek was studied in laboratory. The results indicated that A. hispinarum had different emergence rate at different temperatures, most of them would died after 48 h at 2℃, 33℃ and 36℃ ,and all died after 24h at 0℃ and 39℃. Based on Arcview GIS 3.2 and the study of the biological characteristics of A. hispinarum, the possible suitable establishment areas of the pest in China was forecasted. The results indicate that the possible optimum establishment areas included 6 spots belonging to Hainan, ranged from 16.53°N to 19.1 °N and from 108.61°E to 112.33°E. The possible suitable establishment areas included 25 spots belonging to 5 Provinces, tanged from 20.03°N to 24.27°N and 101.98°E to 117.65°E. The potential establishment areas included 172 spots belonging to regions of West-South China, East China and Middle China, ranged from 22.3°N to 33.4°N and 98.50°E to 122.1°E.
