摘　　要：近年出现了许多基于Web的GIS应用程序,它们提供给用户既可以存取空间数据又可以存取非空间数据(属性数据)。但是矢量动态地图的显示存在问题,为了能在大多数Web浏览器中显示矢量地图,一般采用plug-in初始化方法或者ap-plet下载方法来实现,但两种方法都有各自的缺点。为解决这些缺点,提出了一个新的DHTML动态地图表示方法,通过Web服务实现矢量动态地图从SVG格式转化为DHTML动态地图表示格式,从而改善空间数据远程存取的能力,对海量在线空间数据的表示有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years, many GIS applications based on the web have appeared giving users access to both spatial and non-spatial （attribute） data. However, a challenging task of vector active map formats is that, in order to display them in most web browsers, either a plug-in has to be installed or an applet has to be downloaded. However Plug-ins and applets have some drawbacks. In order to solve these problem, a web service is proposed whose functionality enables the transformation of vector active maps from SVG to a new DHTML Active Map Representation, improving remote accessibility of spatial data, and beneficial to solve the representation of the on-line vast spatial data.
