摘　　要：与小型循环流化床锅炉相比,300 MWCFB锅炉增加了外置式换热器。介绍外置式换热器的结构、作用及投停过程,并以燃烧理论为基础,结合实际投停外置式换热器的运营经验,对汽温、床温的控制方法进行探讨,并深入论述了外置式换热器在运行中出现问题的原因及处理方法。Compared with small CFB boilers, 300 MW CFB boiler was equipped with external heat exchanger. The structure, function and start-stop process of external heat exchanger were introduced. Based on the combustion theories, combined with the operation experiences of external heat exchanger, the control methods of bed and steam temperature were analyzed. In addition, the reasons and countermeasures for problems in the operation of external heat exchanger were discussed in depth.
