摘　　要：剖析信息技术(IT)项目成功率低的根源,将吸收能力理论与IT项目风险评估联系起来,从组织层面系统研究IT项目风险评估问题。提出基于吸收能力的IT项目风险评估框架,对IT项目风险因素进行系统分析。Based on analysis of the reason of low success ratio of IT projects, the idea of connecting IT project risk assessment and absorptive capacity theory together, to systematically research IT project risk assessment from the viewpoint of whole organization is put forward. The IT project risk assessment framework based upon absorptive capacity theory is proposed, and the risk factors of IT project are analyzed.
