摘 要:于2003年10月-2004年9月对太湖不同富营养水平湖区(大太湖、梅梁湾和五里湖)浮游甲壳动物的季节变化进行了比较研究.3个湖区中,五里湖营养水平最高,大太湖最低.梅梁湾浮游甲壳动物数量和生物量最高,其次是大太湖,五里湖最低.3个湖区浮游甲壳动物数量的季节变化趋势相似,即数量最高的季节为夏季,数量最低出现在冬季.大太湖和梅梁湾的第一和第二优势种都是简弧象鼻溞(Bosmina coregoni)和角突网纹溞(Ceriodaphnia cornuta);而五里湖的优势种为多刺裸腹溞(Moina macrocopa).相关分析表明,枝角类和桡足类数量都与总磷和水温极显著正相关.说明太湖水体富营养化对浮游甲壳动物的群落结构有明显的影响.A comparative study on the crustaceans had been carried out in three different trophic areas (the open water area, Meiliang Bay, Lake Wulihu) in Lake Taihu from Oct. 2003 to Sep. 2004. The trophic level was the highest in Lake Wulihu and the lowest in the open water area. The biggest values of abundance and biomass of crustaceans were occurred in Meiling Bay, while the smallest values were founded in Lake Wulihu. There was a similar pattern in the seasonal variation of Crustaceans in the three areas. The highest abundance of crustaceans was occurred in summer and the lowest abundance in winter in all areas. Bosmina coregoni and Ceriodaphnia cornutawere the first and second dominant species of crustaceans in Meiliang Bay and the open water area. However, in Lake Wulihu the dominant species of crustaceans was Moina macrocopa. Correlation analysis indicated positive relationships between abundance of copepods, cladocerans and TP, water temperature. The structure of crustacean community was affected by the eutrophication in Lake Taihu.
