摘　　要：提出一种通信业务自然描述的方法，通过业务的表现将本质概念提取出来，构成一个概念体系，并遵循一些标准，完成通信业务的自然描述，为以后的形式描述及生成提供一个良好的基础条件。Some functions and working procedures of the fourth level of No 7 signalling system (No 7 SS) are introduced. The software design and its implementation of No 7 SS based on DES 3 SPC exchanges are also presented.The signalling system for DES 3 is successfully connected with that of both S1240 and E10B exchanges in H province. Operation results show that fourth level part runs with a high stability, low outage rate,no more than 0 4 percent of calling error and a satisfactory fufillment of design specification.
