摘　　要：为了探讨小麦苗期抗旱性鉴定指标,选取了不同基因型的小麦品种26个,运用反复干旱法对其在苗期进行抗旱性鉴定,结果表明:苗期反复干旱法鉴定结果客观、科学,测定方法简便。幼苗存活率与品种的抗旱性趋势一致,抗旱性强的品种存活率高,其可作为苗期抗旱性鉴定指标。To understand resistance drought index of the wheat in seedling, the 26 wheat （Triticum aestivum L.）cultivars were used in this experiment, and the changes of seedling livability is appraised under repeat drought in seedling period. The results showed the appraisal outcome of repeat drought is scientific in seedling period. It is upright correl, the seedling livability is the reliable indexes in seedling.
