摘 要:为探索长穗颈基因促进水稻上部节间伸长的生理机制,以分别携有长穗颈基因eui1、eui2和野生型基因Eui的水稻协青早不育系和保持系为材料,测定了在不同节间伸长期不同器官内源GAs、ABA和IAA的含量变化。结果表明:在最上节间剧烈伸长前,携有eui基因的水稻内源GAs含量在不同的器官里都剧烈增加,内源ABA含量在节间里也表现相同的趋势,携有eui基因水稻的GAs与ABA含量的比值显著高于Eui基因的水稻,携有eui2基因水稻的内源激素含量及GAs与ABA含量的比值介于eui1和Eui基因之间。可见eui基因主要是通过在不同器官里产生大量的GAs来促进上部节间的显著伸长,其中eui1基因在促进上部节间伸长方面强于eui2。而IAA促进上部节间伸长方面作用不显著。In order to discovery the physiology mechanism of eui gene in rice to regulate the uppermost internode elongation in different period, the six allelic gene lines of Xieqingzao background, i.e. Xieqingzao maintainer lines XeB(I), XeB(2), XB, and Xieqingzao CMS lines XeA(1), XeA(2), XA, possessing euil, eui2, Eui gene, respectively, were used as materials, and the contents of endogenous hormones, GA, IAA, ABA, in different organs were tested in different internode elongation period .The result showed that the GA, content of rice plants with eui gene in different organs were dramatically increased before the uppermost internode elongation period, and the ABA content have the similar tendency, and the ratio of GA/ABA in rice plant with eui gene were obviously higher than that with Eui gene. The contents of endogenous hormones, GA89, IAA, ABA, in different organs and the ratio of GA/ABA in rice plant with eui2 gene were among in the rice plant with euil gene and Eui gene. So, the uppermost internode elongation were dramatically increased in different organs owe to eui gene produce a lots of GAs hormone, and the role of euilgene were higher than that of eui2 gene. But IAA had no obviously effects in the respect of increasing in the uppermost internode elongation.
