摘  要:用108cfu/ml颉颃细菌B100菌株处理甜椒幼苗,测定了甜椒体内过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化,结果表明,B100能明显提高甜椒体内过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶的活性。B100处理后1d和9d,甜椒叶片中POD活性分别较对照处理提高了177.76%和153.9%,根部的POD活性在处理后7d,与对照处理相比,POD活性较对照提高了80.34%;同时,在B100处理后5d,PPO活性出现明显的提高,且与对照差异明显,其中叶片中的PPO活性较对照处理的提高了152.68%,根部的则提高了107.47%;苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性在B100处理与对照之间则差异不明显。The variations in three defense enzymes activities were determined in leaf and root of the 5-6 leaves-old seedling of bell pepper, which had been treated with antagositic bacterium strain B100 at concentration of 108 cfu/ml. The results indicated that the activities of peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were significantly induced by B100. The activities of POD in leaf were respectively increased 177.76% and 153.90% compared with untreated plant at 1 day and 9days after treatment (DAT). The activity of POD in root was increased 80.34% at 7 DAT. Simultaneously, the activities of PPO in leaf and root were respectively increased 152.68% and 107.47% at 5 DAT. However, the activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) in leaf and root were no obviously induced by B100 compared with untreated plant.
