摘  要:目的:建立复方银杏叶片中槲皮素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Nova-PakC_(18)柱(4.0mm×250mm,4μm),以甲醇:0.4%磷酸(45:55)为流动相,流速为0.9ml·min^(-1),柱温:35℃,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素在进样量0.0813~0.813μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.12%,RSD为1.61%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方银杏叶片的质量。Objective: To establish the method for determining the content of quercetin in compound ginkgo leaves tablets. Method: Nova-Pak C ls column(4.0 mm ×250 mm,4 um)was used. Methanol-0.4% phosphorous acid (45:55) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0, 9 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 35℃, and the detective wavelength was at 360 nm. Result: The linear range of quereetin was 0.081 - 0.813μg (r = 0.999 8 ). The average recovery was 98.12% and the RSD was 1.61% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used reliably for the quality control of compound ginkgo leaves tablets.
