中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组100例PNS患者用泼尼松加中药治疗,治疗效果与单纯泼尼松治疗(对照组)100例比较。结果:两种治疗方法均取得了明显的疗效,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血胆固醇较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);血浆白蛋白较治疗前明显上升(P<0.01)。且中西医结合疗法的副作用明显比单纯西药疗法的少而轻(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗PNS优于单纯西医治疗。中药与泼尼松有协同作用,能提高疗效、降低尿蛋白、升高血浆白蛋白、减少副作用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine to treat primary nephrotic syndrome （PNS）. Method： One hundred patients with PNS in the treated group were treated with prednisone and Chinese traditional medicine, The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group which treated with prednisone used only. Result： There were obvious effects in two groups, and it was better in the treated group than in the controlled group in which there was sig- nificant diference（ P〈0.01 ）. There were significant diference in two groups for quantity of the proteins in urine, the concentration of cholesterin in blood, that reduced after treatment compared to the pre-treatment data（P〈0.01 ）. The quantity of albumin in blood plasma increased after treatment compared to the pre-treatment data（P〈0.01 ）. The side efeets were less and slighter in the treated group than in the controlled group （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Chinese traditional medicine used together with prednisone can improve the therapeutic effects,reduce the quantity of protein in urine, increase the quantity of albumin in blood plasma, and decrease the side effects.
