摘 要:目的:研究仙茅属植物7个国产种亲缘关系。方法:通过SRAP分析,利用TREECONW软件分析遗传距离,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系系统图。结果:25对引物组合共得到923条扩增条带,其中有910条呈现多态性,占98.6%。遗传距离0.631~0.912。聚类结果显示仙茅属植物7个国产种分类结果与传统形态分类结果基本一致。结论:仙茅属植物7个国产种的多态性水平高,SRAP用于其分类是可行的。Objective: To study the genetic relationship of seven species of Curculigo plant from China. Method: Through sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) analysis, to study the genetic distance by TREECONW software and to make up the systematic diagram of genetic relationship by UPGMA method. Result: A total of 923 SRAP markers were scored, among which 910 were polymorphic. The average percentage of polymorphic band was 98.6%. Genetic distance were changed from 0. 631 to 0. 912. By cluster analysis, the classified result of SRAP marker between traditional modal character in seven species of Curculigo plant from China is almost same. Conclusion: The percentage of polymorphism in seven species of Curculigo plant from China is high, showing feasibility for SRAP marker in application in the classification of Curculigo.
