摘 要:水解过程是硫酸法钛白生产中极其重要的一步。结合攀枝花钢铁公司炼铁高炉渣的情况以及中国钛白粉工业现状,以攀钢高炉渣酸解除杂后的钛液为原料,采用自生晶种水解法制备二氧化钛。运用激光粒度分布仪测试二氧化钛粒度分布,研究了含钛高炉渣酸解液水解控制参数F值(有效酸浓度与总二氧化钛浓度比)、底水量、铁与总钛浓度比对水解产品二氧化钛粒度和粒度分布的影响。实验结果表明:F值在2.8~3.36,水解产品二氧化钛的粒度约0.2μm,且分布较窄;铁钛浓度比越小水解得到的二氧化钛的粒度分布越好,平均粒度适当;在本体系中,二氧化钛粒度影响程度由大到小的顺序是F值、底水量、铁钛浓度比。The hydrolysis is a very important step in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method. Combining the present status of blast - furnace slag from Panzhihua Steel Corp. and titanium pigment industry, the titianium dioxide was prepared by self - growing inoculating crystal hydrolysis method with titianium solution, made from the purified acidic solution of blast - furnace slag, as raw material. The size distribution of prepared titanium dioxide was tested by the laser particle size analyzer. The influences of hydrolysis parameter ( value F : concentration ratio of effective acid and total TiO2 ) of acidolysis solution of Ti - containing blast - furnace slag, initial water volume and the concentration ratio of iron and total TiO2 on particle size and size distribution of hydrolysis product titanium dioxide were studied. The results indicated that the particle size of hydrolysis product - titanium dioxide was about 0.2 μm and the size distribution was obviously narrow while the value of F was in the range of 2.8 ~ 3.36;the smaller the concentration ratio of iron and TiO2 , the better the particle size distribution and the average particle size was properiate too;and the sequence of important degree of controlling pa- rameters in the system was arranged as : the value, the initial water volume and the ratio of irort/TiO2.
