摘 要:目的考察转相超声乳化技术制备的莪术油亚微乳理化性质,并与高压乳匀法制备的莪术油亚微乳进行比较。方法分别采用转相超声乳化技术和高压乳匀法制备莪术油亚微乳,比较其形态和粒径分布,HPLC法测定了其含药量,并进行稳定性比较。结果转相超声乳化技术和高压乳匀法制得的亚微乳平均粒径分别为188.14、277.78nm,含药量分别为9.2401、8.7436mg/mL。转相超声乳化技术制备的亚微乳的稳定性和粒径分布有了显著提高。结论转相超声乳化技术制备的莪术油亚微乳平均粒径更小,粒径分布更窄,含药量更高,稳定性更好,而且制备工艺设备简便,对改进亚微乳生产工艺具有重大参考价值。Objective To study the physico-chemical property of the submicron emulsions containing Oleum Curcumae Wenchowensis by emulsion phase inversion-ultrasound technology and the high-pressure emulsionizing technology. Methods The submicron emulsion was prepared by emulsion phase inversionultrasound technology and high-pressure emulsionizing technology, respectively. The morphous, particle diameter distribution, drug content, and stability of the formed emulsion were investigated. Results The particle diameter distributions of emulsion prepared by emulsion phase inversion-ultrasound and high-pressure emulsionizing technology were 188. 14, and 277.78 nm, respectively. The drug contents were 9. 240 1 and 8. 743 6 mg/mL, respectively. The stability of emulsion was enhanced markedly by the phase inversion-ultrasound technology. Conclusion Compared with the high-pressure emulsionizing technology, the phase inversion-ultrasound technology is a stable and easily preparation and does enhance the stability and targeting of submicron emulsion.
