摘　　要：采用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＰ技术检测３９份样本的ＨＬＡ－Ｂ２７基因并研究甘油在Ｂ２７基因扩增中的作用，同时与血清学结果比较。７份样本血清学难以判定结果或与ＰＣＲ结果不一致。ＰＣＲ技术与血清学方法比较有快速、简便、准确性高等优点。HLA B27 geng in 39 samples was determined by PCR SSP technique,and the role of glycerine in amplification of B27 gene was studied.The results were compared to serological typing.The results of HLA B27 gene in 7 samples determined by serological genotyping were dubious or not consistent with that obtained by PCR typing.So,PCR method is more rapid,convenient and accurate compared to serological method.
