摘　　要：提出了一种基于ARM系列的微处理器S3C4510B与GPRS模块构建的电网用电参数监控系统。介绍了系统的硬件构成及软件功能,监测单元的设计采用了高性能ARM处理器(S3C4510B)并移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ.系统。通过GPRS系统可实现与远程数据中心的通信。Have brought forward one kind of Electrical network parameter monitoring system based on ARM series MPU （S3C4510B） and GPRS network. This paper introduces construction of hardware software function of the system .the high performance microprocessor S3C4510B is used and the embedded operation system μ C/OS2II is ported to it. And can realize the long range data correspondence through GPRS system.
