摘　　要：目的：介绍爱脉朗在国内的临床应用。方法：总结近年来国内文献对爱脉朗的研究进展。结果：爱脉朗是一种静脉亲和性药物，具有保护血管、提高静脉张力、增加淋巴回流和改善毛细血管的通透性等作用。结论：爱脉朗在治疗静脉系统及淋巴系统和微循环系统的一些常见病方面有着广阔的应用前景。Objective： Introduce the domestic clinical application of Alvenor. Methods： Summarize the research progress about Alvenot of domestic document recently. Results ：Alvenor has venous affinity ,can protect blood vessel ,raise venous tension ,increase lymphous reflux and improve capillary permeability. Condusion：Alvenor has vast applied prospects about the treameat of venous,lymphous and microcirculatory common diseases.
