摘　　要：本文建立了羟乙基芦丁血浆浓度的反相高效液相色谱－多重峰共积分测定法。ＫｉｏｍａｓｉｌＣ１８固定相，流动相为甲醇－水－冰乙酸（３０∶６０∶１０）；线性范围为１～４０μｇ／ｍｌ，线性相关系数为０．９９８，方法平均回收率为９７±５．４％；常用配伍药物对测定基本无干扰。经测定３例患者的血浆浓度，证明本方法操作快速简便，重现性良好。A rapid and convenient quantitative method was reported for the determination of venoruton in human plasma by reversed phase HPLC.A 4.6×200mm colume packed with 5μm Kiomasil C 18 was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanolpurified water acetic acid (30:60:10v/v),and the flow rate was 1ml/min.The detection was carried out at 256nm.all chromatogram of the compositions in venoruton were regarded as one peak when liinear regression was made.The concentration of venoruton in the plasma in 3 patients was determined.The average relative recoveries of withinday were 97.27±5.4%.The detection limit of venoluton by this method was 0.5ng and 0.1 μg/ml in plasma.The method was linear within the range of 1 to 40μg/ml and the coefficient of corrlation was 0.998 .This method is rapid for monitoring the plasma concentration of venoruton.
