湘西地区发展循环经济的优先领域选择

摘　　要：湘西地区的资源禀赋决定了其不可能走粗放型经济增长模式,人们日益增强的可持续发展意识也促使湘西转换经济发展思路。循环经济作为一种新型经济发展模式,正好契合了湘西经济社会发展的现状。作者基于湘西州发展循环经济必要性的探讨,结合湘西地区发展循环经济应遵循的几个基本原则,从而最终指出湘西应在旅游业、矿业、特色农业等三个领域优先发展循环经济。The resource endowment of western hunan makes it impossible to follow extensive economic growth mode, and people＇s increasing awareness of sustainable development has also prompted western hunan changing the economic development ideas. As a new economic development model, recycling economy fits the economic and social development situation in western hunan. Based on exploring in the necessity of developing recycling economics in western hunan, and with several basic principles in developing recycling economics in western hunan, author pointed out three following priorities in developing recycling economics in western hunan： tourism, mining, agriculture.
