摘 要:目的:研究黄花紫茉莉的化学成分,寻找抗HIV活性化合物。方法:利用正向硅胶及反相RP-C18柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20,MCI等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等波谱鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为astragalosideⅡ(1),astragalosideⅢ(2),astragalosideⅣ(3),astragalosideⅥ(4),flazin(5),4′-hydroxy-2,3-dihydroflavone 7-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),gingerglycolipid A(7),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyd(8),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(9),β-sitosterol(10)和daucosterol(11)。结论:化合物1~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the anti-HIV constituents from the root of Mirabilis jalapa.Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI-gel CHP-20P and RP-18.The structure were identified by means of NMR and MS analyses(1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS).Result: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as astragaloside Ⅱ(1),astragaloside Ⅲ(2),astragaloside Ⅳ(3),astragaloside Ⅵ(4),flazin(5),4′-hydroxy-2,3-dihydroflavone 7-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),gingerglycolipid A(7),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyd(8),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(9),β-sitosterol(10) and daucosterol(11).Conclusion: Compounds 1-9 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
