摘　　要：在全球矿产资源发生复杂而深刻变化的背景下,应该正确认识我国的矿产资源形势,辩证分析资源的特点。对于短缺的矿产,要看到有利的方面,而对于优势的矿产,要看到不足。这样在国际矿产品价格市场和资源外交中就能够处于主动地位,趋利避害。With the profound and tremendous change of globe energy and mining industry, the real facets and characteristics of mineral resources in China must be dialectically analyzed and reasonably understood. The latent capacity of inadequate minerals and insufficiency of rich minerals should be noticed at the same time. Only this could we get the initiative in the international minerals market and resources-oriented diplomacy.
