社区医院糖尿病患者阿司匹林使用情况

摘　　要：目的:调查社区医院应用阿司匹林预防心脑血管疾病情况。方法:分析2006-2007年广东佛山某社区医院阿司匹林在合并心血管危险因素的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者、T2DM合并非致死性脑梗死患者、T2DM合并冠心病患者以及T2DM合并高血压患者中的使用率。结果:T2DM伴有心血管危险因素的患者阿司匹林的使用率为55.5%～69.2%,T2DM合并非致死性脑梗死者阿司匹林使用率为73.3%,T2DM合并冠心病者阿司匹林使用率为70.3%,T2DM合并血压控制良好的高血压患者使用率为58.0%。结论:目前基层医院阿司匹林使用率与发达国家相比还有一段距离,提高基层医院医师使用阿司匹林进行一级预防及二级预防的意识,将有助于降低我国心脑血管事件发生率。Objective To investigate the prophylactic use of aspirin for cardiocerebral vascular diseases in a community hospital. Method We analyzed the rates of aspirin use from 2006 through 2007 in type 2 diabetic patients at high cardiovascular risk, or with cerebral infarction, coronary artery disease, or hypertension in a community hospital of Foshan city. Result The rate of aspirin use was 55.5% to 69.2% in patients at high cardiovascular risk, 73.3% in nonfatal cerebral infarction, 70.3% in coronary artery disease, and 58.0% in well-controlled hypertension. Conclusion The rate of aspirin use, as compared with that in the developed countries, is relatively low in our community hospital. An elevated use of aspirin in community hospitals for primary and secondary prophylaxia may reduce the incidence of cardiocerebrovascular diseases in our country.
