摘  要:应用体外产气法模拟瘤胃发酵,通过测定24h体外累计产气量、细菌氮含量和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的降解率,评价戊酸的不同添加水平对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响。试验采用单因子设计,戊酸的添加水平分别为0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%,每个水平4个重复。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加0.6%的戊酸组能显著提高24h累计产气量(P<0.05)和极显著提高细菌氮含量(P<0.01);在添加戊酸水平为0%~0.3%时,NDF降解率有提高的趋势,但是差异不显著(P>0.05),在0.3%~1.2%时,其NDF降解率显著下降(P<0.05)。建议日粮中戊酸的适宜添加水平为0.6%。In vitro gas production was determined to study the effect of valeric acid on goat rumen fermentation.A single factorial trial was designed.Valeric acid was added at levels of 0 %,0.3 % ,0.6 % ,0.9 % and 1.2 %,and each level included 4 repetitions.After tile volume of gas production (GP)was recorded,the bacteria nitrogen and the degradation of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) were analyzed.Tile results demonstrated:compared with the control group,at level of 0.6 % valeric acid significantly increased the GP (P 〈 0.05);at level of 0.6 % valeric acid significantly increased the bacteria nitrogen (P 〈 0.01 ) ;at the level of 0 % - 0.3 % valeric acid increased the degradation of NDF,but no significant differences compared with the control (P 〉 0.05),at the level of 0.3 % - 1.2 % valeric acid reduced the degradation of NDF significantly(P 〈 0.05).It can be concluded that the ideal level of valeric acid added is 0.6 %.
