细菌吸收HLAI类抗体的能力观察

摘  要:为探讨HLAI类分子和细菌间是否有共同抗原,我们用细胞毒抗体吸收试验进行了观察,实验用14株细菌,吸收了6个特异性的7份血清。结果表明,所试细菌均有一定的吸收能力,菌细胞明显强于培养上清液,但缺乏严格的特异性。同一细胞同时进行的吸收和封闭试验表明,细菌吸收抗体的能力和对淋巴细胞表面抗原的封闭作用是相关的。本研究提示HLAI类分子和细菌间确有共同抗原存在。In order to explore the common antigens between HLA class I molecules and bacteria, absorptive tests were carried out with 14 strains of bacteria and 7 antisera of 6 specificities The results showed:all bacterial strains were able to absorb some HLA class I antibodies, and bactreial cells were significantly much powerful than culture supernatants There was no strict specificity in bacteria or antisera A numbe of absorbing and blocking tests were carried out simultaeneously and the results shoued: absorbing was associated with blocking It seems that there are some similar determinants between HLA class I molecules and bacteria
