克汀病病区胎儿血及组织中Cu、Zn含量及CuZn SOD活性观察

摘  要:测定地方性克汀病病区引产胎儿血及肝、脑组织中Cu、Zn含量及CuZnSOD活性,同时测定孕妇血相应指标。发现病区胎儿及孕妇血以及胎儿肝、脑组织中Zn含量、CuZnSOD活性均低于非病区,而Cu含量病区与非病区比较无明显差异,表明病区胎儿存在锌营养不足及由此引起的抗氧化功能下降。病区胎儿的这种代谢紊乱可能与碘缺乏因素等共同构成克汀病发病的基础。The level of Cu,Zn and the activity of Cu Zn SOD in the blood,liver and brain of therapeutically aborted fetuses as well as in the blood of their mothers from an endemic cretinism region were assayed.The results showed that the level of Zn and the activity of Cu Zn SOD in the blood and the tissues of fetuses as well as in the blood of their mothers were lower compared with those from nonendemic region.These results suggested that the fetuses from the endemic critinism region exhibited Zn deficiency,which resulted in the depression of the activity of the antioxidants in the body.It is proposed that Zn deficiency might be considered as an etiologic factor for endemic cretinism in addition to iodine deficiency.
