摘　　要：研究了相互替代情况下服务备件的末次备货问题。假定替代率固定,建立了两种相互替代服务备件的库存模型,以厂商费用支出最低为优化目标,给出了目标函数的性质和求解过程,并进行了实例演算。Last stock of service parts with substitution is researched. A stock model of two kinds of service parts with fixed substitution is build, and given the inferential process of the optimum value for minimal expenses of the enterprise, finally some valuable properties and the solving process are got, and an example is given.
