摘  要:目的提高孕妇自我保健意识,促进自然分娩。方法随机选择在孕妇学校接受全程健康教育课程的孕妇200例,将孕妇随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组在孕妇学校接受常规教育培训模式,按常规在门诊行产前检查。观察组在此基础上,于孕晚期在产房待产室行产前检查,胎心监护时由产房助产士实施一对一的有针对性的健康教育。比较两组对分娩方式选择、孕期保健知识掌握情况。结果观察组孕期健康知识评分及自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论在开展孕妇学校健康教育的基础上,对孕晚期孕妇实施一对一的有针对性的健康教育,可提高孕妇围生期的健康知识水平,促进自然分娩。Objective To improve the awareness of self-care in gravidas and encourage spontaneous delivery. Methods A total of 200 randomly selected pregnant women who had eompleted the all courses of health-education in a gravida school were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 100 subjects in each group, The pregnant women in the control group received routine health education and routine prenatal examination at out-patient clinic. The pregnant women in the experimental group, apart from the health education and prenatal examination given to the controis, were subjected to prenatal cxamination at pre-delivery room and personalized heahh education was given by a nurse on one-to-one basis during fetal heart monitoring. Comparison was made hetween the two groups in terms of selection of delivery modes and mastery of knowledge ahout pregnancy-related health care. Results The score in the mastery of pregnancy-related health care knowledge and the rate of spontaneous deiivery in the experimcntal group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01. P〈0.05). Conclusion On the basis of health education at gravida school, the personalized one-to-one health education can improve the knowledge of pregnant women ahout perinatal care and encourage spontaneous delivery.
