摘 要:通过观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠肝细胞膜胰岛素受体的改变及运动训练对受体的影响,探讨运动训练对改善糖尿病大鼠糖代谢紊乱的可能机理。结果表明:STZ糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度明显升高,血胰岛素浓度明显降低,肝细胞膜胰岛素受体高、低亲和力和受体浓度明显增加。而STZ糖尿病大鼠经过6~7周有规律的运动训练,血糖明显下降,肝细胞膜胰岛素受体亲和力和受体浓度降低,并趋向于正常。说明运动训练能够恢复糖尿病时的肝细胞膜胰岛素受体的异常,降低周围组织胰岛素抵抗,改善糖代谢紊乱。The changes of insulin receptors on liver cell membranes of streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats after exercise training were investigated. The probable mechanism of improving glucose metabolism through exercise in diabetic rats, a high blood glucose level and a low serum insulin level were verified in STZ-induced diabetic rats. The concentration of insulin receptors including high and low affinity receptors were found to be increased significantly However, in 10 diabetic rats undergoing regular exercise for 6~7 weeks,the blood glucose level lowered significantly, the concentration of insulin receptors including high and low affinity receptors decreased and tended to become normal The results suggested that exercise improved the function of insulin receptor on the liver cell membrane, decreased the insulin resistance of tissues and thus improved glucose metabolism in diabetic rats Author′s address\ Dept of Rehabilitation Medicine, Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Medical University, 200040
