对我国犯罪学研究方法的检视与反思

摘　　要：犯罪学作为一门专门以犯罪这一特定社会现象为研究对象的学科,有其自身的研究方法。在我国,由于研究方法落后所导致的整体研究水平偏低的现实,极大地阻碍了我国犯罪学学科的发展。只有当我们处理好了研究方法中存在的这些问题,才能够真正地促进我国犯罪学学科的发展和完善。犯罪学的研究方法不仅对于犯罪学的研究具有重大的理论意义,而且对于司法工作具有重大的实践意义。通过各种方法对犯罪现象、特点进行分析,找出其发展规律,可以帮助司法实务部门制定刑事政策,更好地打击和预防犯罪。Criminology, a special discipline that takes crime, this particular social phenomenon, as its research object, has its own research method. In our country, the reality of low research level because of the old research method has hampered criminology discipline＇s progress of our country. This text attempts to clarify our country＇s criminology research methods on four aspects. They are how to clarify the relationship of theoretical method and empirical method in criminology research, the application of determine the quality and the quantity, the choice between multi-discipline merged research and single discipline deep research, the combination of transplant and innovation in criminology research.
