摘　　要：当前,商业贿赂已经成为一大社会公害,其滋生蔓延的原因极其复杂,主要体现在社会文化、市场机制、立法、执法四个方面。为了有效地治理商业贿赂,我国应当借鉴国外的反商业贿赂经验,参照《联合国反腐败公约》的规定,完善惩治商业贿赂的对策。Commercial bribery is a serious problem in the world currently, The causes of commercial bribery offences are extremely complex, including social culture, market mechanism, legislation and enforcement, In order to harness commercial bribery effectively, we should learn from foreign experiences in the anti-commercial bribery and perfect punitive countermeasures of anti-com- mercial bribery in the light of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
