川芎嗪对糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞内钙浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察川芎嗪对糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞内钙浓度的影响。方法急性分离单个心肌细胞,运用TILLVISION钙离子荧光成像及分析系统,观察不同组间单个心肌细胞内游离钙离子的浓度变化。结果糖尿病性心肌病时心肌细胞内钙离子水平显著升高(P<0.05),盐酸川芎嗪注射液可显著降低异常心肌细胞内游离钙离子浓度。结论川芎嗪对糖尿病性心肌病的保护作用可能是通过抑制钙离子内流和肌浆网的内钙释放,来避免心肌细胞内钙超载,从而维持细胞内钙离子水平,达到保护心肌的作用。Objective To study effects of Chuanxiongqin on free calcium concentration in myocardial cells of diabetes rats.Methods Free [Ca2＋]i of single myocardial cells which is isolated acutely were measured by the Tillvision system,observe the change of [Ca2＋]i at the different groups.Results [Ca2＋]i of diabetic cardiomyopathy were increased significantly.After using chuanxiongqin,free [Ca2＋]i of myocardial cells of diabetic cardiomyopathy were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chuanxiongqin might inhibit myocardial cell endo-calcium releasing of sarcoplasmic reticulum and inhibit calcium inflow,to avoid calcium overload of diabetic cardiomyopathy,to achieve the protective effects of myocardium.
