摘　　要：目的分析缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者的白细胞计数(WBC)及血小板计数(PLT)改变。方法选择110例未治疗的初诊IDA患者。测定其血红蛋白浓度、WBC及PLT。结果34.55%(38/110)IDA患者WBC减少;13.64%IDA患者的WBC增加。47.27%IDA患者PLT增加;10.00%IDA患者PLT减少。变量WBC及PLT的校正等级相关系数rs=0.5277,P<0.01。结论约1/3IDA患者WBC减少;接近半数IDA患者PLT增多,1/10IDA患者PLT减少;PLT减少常伴WBC减少。Objective To analyse the change of white blood cell count（WBC）and platelet count（PLT）from patients with iron deficiency anemia（IDA）.Methods 110 cases of newly diagnosed IDA patients untreated were selected.Their hemoglobin concentration（HGB）,WBC,and PLT were measured.Results The WBC from 34.55%（38/110）of the IDA patients decreased.The WBC from 13.64% of them increased.The PLT from 47.27% of them increased.The PLT from 10.00% of them decreased.For WBC and PLT variable,the corrected rank correlation coefficient rs=0.527 7,P〈0.01.Conclusion The WBC from about one third of the IDA patients decreases.The PLT from about half of them increases.The PLT from one tenth of them decreases.The PLT decrease often companies WBC decrease.
