摘  要:锌电积长期采用Pb-Ag合金为阳极。该阳极存在析氧过电位高、易腐蚀且污染阴极锌等问题,因此人们研究了各类新型阳极与电积新工艺。综述了铅基多元合金阳极、复合电催化铅基阳极和钛基电催化阳极及Zn-NaClO4联合电解和H扩散阳极电积的研究与应用现状,展望了锌电积新型阳极与电积新工艺的发展方向。Pb-Ag alloy is uesd as permanent anode in zinc electrowirming, The problems encountered with lead alloys are high oxygen evolution overpotential, corrosion and subsequent contamination of cathodes, Therefore different kinds of new anodes and technics for zinc electrowirming have been studied. In this paper, the constitution, research and application status quo of lead based anodes and titanium based DSA, Zn-NaClO4 combination electrolysis and H2 diffusion electrowinning technics are reviewed. At the same time, the expection of the developing direction of zinc electrowinning is given.
