摘  要:对5500名战士的体能进行调查研究和分析。测定指标包括:VO2max、3000m跑、引体向上、立定跳远和100m跑等。结果表明,VO2max与3000m跑步时间和引体向上成绩明显相关,而与100m跑步时间和立定跳远距离不相关;老兵的有氧能力和肌力低于新兵,特种兵的有氧能力、肌力、速度均低于步兵。提示:VO2max是评价士兵体能的较好指标;部队应加强老兵和技术兵种的体能训练。In this study we measured and analysed indices of physical fitness for 5 500 soldiers. The indices of physical fitness included maximal oxygen intake,3 000m running, 100m running, pull-ups, and standing long jumping. The results suggested that there were obvious correlations between maximal oxygen intake and 3 000m running, and pull-ups, but no correlations were found between maximal oxygen intake and 100m running, and standing long jumping. The aerobic capacity and muscular strength of veteran were lower than that of recruit. The aerobic capacity,muscular strength, and speed of soldiers in special technical units were lower than that of soldiers of infantry. Thereby we suggest that the maximal oxygen intake may be considered as a better index of physical fitness evaluation for soldiers. It is necessary to enhance training of phsyical fitness for veteran and soldiers of special technical units.
