摘 要:测定了冷习服及未习服雄性Wistar大鼠冻伤前后血中血管内皮细胞数。结果表明,冷习服(2~6℃,4周)可使大鼠循环血中血管内皮细胞(CEC)数非常显著地高于正常大鼠(20±2℃),冻伤前后冷习服冻伤组CEC无明显差别;未冷习服大鼠冻伤后CEC非常明显的增加;冻后4h冷习服冻伤组CEC数明显低于未冷习服冻伤组。结果提示,冷习服后大鼠血管内皮细胞代谢旺盛、更新加速,且其抗冷损伤的能力增加。The circulating endothelial cell(CEC) counts were determined in cold acclimated(CA) and unacclimated(UA) male Wistar rats before and after freezing injury of right hind feet. Cold acclimation(2-6℃,4 wk)induced an increased CEC count than unacclimated group (20±2℃),P<0.01.After freezing injury, CEC counts of CA group remained vertually unchanged, while those of UA group grew up definitely and a significant higher level of CEC than CA group was found at 4h post-freezing. These results suggested that the metabolism and ability to resist cold injury of vascular endothelial cells were enhanced by cold acclimation.
