摘 要:通过栅格试样浇注实验研究了工艺参数对基于SL原型钛合金立式离心快速精密铸造充填率的影响。试验结果表明,试样铸件厚度越大,离心半径越大,离心转速越高,铸件型壳的充填率越高。同时通过离心加速度综合分析了离心半径和离心转速对充型率的影响,当离心加速度大于某一临界值时,即可充填满不同厚度的试样,且试样越厚,充填满试样所需的临界离心加速度越小。The effect of process parameter on filling ratio of vertical centrifugal quick precision casting based on SL prototype for Ti Alloy was researched by casting experiment of grid specimens. The results show that the greater casting thickness, mtating speed and radius of centrifugal casting are, the greater the filling ratio are. The effect of rotating speed and radius of centrifugal casting on the filling ratio are analysed comprehensively by centrifugal acceleration, when the centrifugal acceleration are greater than certain critical quantity, the filling ratio of the grid specimens would reach 100%, and the greater the thickness of grid specimens are, the smaller the critical quantity of centrifugal acceleration that make the filling ratio of the grid specimens reach 100% are.
