摘  要:目的了解一氧化氮(NO)对骨关节炎(OA)滑膜细胞转化生长因子(TGF)-β表达的影响,并分析它们之间的相关性。方法OA患者滑膜细胞培养,收集不同分组[空白组、脂多糖(LPS)组、氨基胍(AG)组、LPS+AG组]的滑膜细胞培养上清液,检测其NO、TGF—β含量并行统计分析。结果LPS诱导下,滑膜细胞增加NO的表达,而TGF—β表达下调,AG可以抑制NO的表达,提高TGF—β的表达,NO与TGF—β存在负相关。结论NO抑制OA滑膜细胞TGF—β的表达,TGF—β可能是OA的一种保护因子。Objective To investigate the effect of nitric oxide (NO) on the expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) on osteoarthritis (OA) synoviocytes and analyse their correlation. Methods The supematants of cultures of different groups [control, lipopolysaccharide (LPS),aminoguanidine (AG), LPS+ AG) of OA synoviocytes were collected. The concentration of NO and TGF-β was detected and statistical analysis was performed. Results The expression of NO was increased in the group of synoviocytes induced by LPS but the expression of TGF-β was decreased. AG could inhibit the expression of NO and increased the expression of TGF-β. There was a negative correlation between NO and TGF-β. Conclusion NO can inhibit the expression of TGF-β on OA synoviocytes. TGF-β maybe a protect factor of OA.
