摘 要:主要研究了铝合金板材U形弯曲回弹角与弯曲间隙、凹模入口圆弧半径之间的关系,分析了不同厚度的板材弯曲回弹角的差异。结果表明,在U形弯曲中铝合金板材的弯曲回弹角随着弯曲间隙的增加而增加,且弯曲间隙对厚板弯曲回弹角的影响较薄板明显;随着凹模入口圆弧半径的增加,对于薄板其弯曲回弹角呈先降后增的变化趋势,而对厚板则几乎无影响。The relationship of spring back angle with bending clearance and die shoulder radius in the U-shaped bending of Aluminum alloy sheet was investigated. The difference in spring back angle between thick and thin sheet was analyzed. The results indicated that the spring back angle increased with the increasing bending clearance, which had greater influence on the thick sheet than on the thin sheet. The spring back angle decreased at first and increased later with the increase of die shoulder radius for the thin sheet; while it almost didn't change for the thick sheet.
