摘　　要：通过分析制件的使用要求和结构要求,用Pro/E分模的方法,设计了分型面和成型零件,结果使模具结构简单可靠,便于加工,得出了利用现代化的手段设计模具在满足制件要求的前提下尽量使模具经济耐用的结论。By analyzing operation and structure requirement, Pro/E was used for part surface design. The result make the mold structure simple and reliable and easy to manufacture. It is concluded that modern design method make mold as economical as possible with part manufacturing requirement satisfied.
