摘　　要：带有螺纹的细长管类塑料件的注塑模设计较为困难,针对细长管类塑料件的工艺结构特点进行了详细论述;给出了螺纹管塑料件注塑模具结构及型腔数目的确定;设计了抽芯机构、浇注系统、脱模系统、模温调节冷却系统;确定了合理的注塑及脱模方式。It is very difficult to design the injection mold for slender tube plastic part with threads. The structure characteristics of slender tube plastic parts with threads were introduced, the structure of the injection mold and the number of cavities were given in this paper. Rational injection and demould methods were determined, so did the design of loosing core, injection, demounting and cooling system.
