摘　　要：分析了齿形不对称轴类零件的结构特点及采用冷滚轧加工工艺的技术难点,详细阐述了此种类型零件冷滚轧技术的工艺和模具设计原则,以及滚轧轮的加工、安装和调试;并设计了蜗杆轴的滚轧工艺和滚轧轮,进行了试验研究,获得了成功,滚轧出了符合用户要求的零件。The structural characteristics of shaft parts with unsymmetrical tooth profiles and the technologic difficulties of cold rolling process were analyzed. The cold rolling process of this kind of parts and the principle of the die design were elaborated, and so did the machining, installing and alignment of the rollers. In addition, the cold rolling process and the roller for the worm was designed. In this research, many experiments were carried out thoroughly and success was achieved. The rolled parts have met the requirements of customers.
