摘 要:报道了一种新型插层结构的有机电致发光器件(OLED),LiF(1nm)/Al(5nm)插层作为半反射镜,与LiF(1nm)/Al(100nm)作为全反射镜面的阴极构成平面Fabry-Perot(F-P)型微腔,所用发光层材料为Zn(salen),器件的结构为:ITO/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/Al/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/Al,其最大发光亮度和电流效率分别达674cd/m2和2.61cd/A,半峰宽(FWHM)为48nm。与传统结构器件相比,色纯度、发光亮度和发光效率等性能指标均得到了优化。An insert layer structure organic electroluminescent device based on a new luminescent material Zn(salen) was fabricated The configuration of the device was ITO/CuPe/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/Al/CuPe/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/Al. The effective insert electrode layers comprised of LiF(1nm)/Al(5 nm) was used as a single semitransparent mirror,and the bilayer cathode LiF(1nm)/Al(100 nm) was used as a reflect mirror. These two mirrors formed the Fabry-Perot microcavity and two emissive units. The maximum brightness and luminous efficiency reached 674 cd/m^2 and 2. 652 cd/A, which were 2. 1 and 3.7 times higher than those of the conventional device, respectively. The superior brightness and luminous efficiency over conventional single-unit devices were attributed to microcavity effect.
