摘 要:围绕大型风机的运行状态分析,运用旋转机械故障诊断理论和振动信号分析仪器对该风机进行了振动测试。采用锤击法测试了风机叶轮各部件及平台的固有频率,起机或停机状态下对转子的振动进行了测试,对不同转速下轴系各测点的振动进行了测试和分析,并对设备的运行状况作出评价和建议。Rotation machine fault diagnosis theary and vibration signal analysis apparatus were applied in the vibration testings on fan. Those tests were detected on the runningstate condition of a heavy fan. Each part of impeller and platform's natural frequency of vibration was tested by hammer testing. During start or shutting down states the viberation tests were carried into execution on the rotor. During different speeds of rotor the viberation tests and diagnosises were carried out on each survey point. And evaluations and suggestions to the condition of the fan were worked out.
