银杏外种皮多糖延缓荷瘤小鼠衰老的实验研究

摘　　要：在实验的第１周、第２周和第３周检测荷瘤小鼠血清ＳＯＤ和ＭＤＡ含量。结果，银杏外种皮多糖（ＧＢＥＰ）治疗组小鼠在实验第２周和第３周血清ＳＯＤ活力显著高于对照组，ＭＤＡ含量则显著低于对照组。表明ＧＢＥＰ可增强荷瘤小鼠清除氧自由基能力，并减少自由基对机体的攻击，提示ＧＢＥＰ可延缓荷瘤小鼠衰老。During experimental first week,second week and third week,we tested the quantity of SOD and MDA in S 180 bearing mice's blood.The result showed,during experimental second week and third week,the quantity of SOD of the treatment group by GBEP enhanced than the contrast group,the quantity of MDA of the treatment group by GBEP decreased than the contrast group.It showed that GBEP may promote the ability on elimination oxygen free radical and decrease the attack of the oxygen free radical in S 180 bearing mice.These result showed that GBEP may delay S 180 bearing mice getting old.
