摘  要:目的:进一步观察以往在冲击伤和烧冲复合伤研究中发现的肺泡内结晶体及其来源。方法:大鼠致冲击伤和烧冲复合伤,对肺泡内结晶体作HE和血红蛋白染色。在体外制备犬与大鼠的血红蛋白结晶和血红素结晶,与肺泡内结晶体作对比观察。结果:发现肺泡内结晶体不仅与肺出血相关,而且主要存在于有红细胞溶解的肺泡腔。大鼠红细胞在体外溶解后很快形成血红蛋白结晶,其形态和染色性与肺泡内结晶体相同;而血红素结晶细小,血红蛋白染色阴性。结论:致伤动物肺泡内结晶体为出血红细胞溶解后形成的血红蛋白结晶,而不是血红素结晶。大鼠红细胞溶解后释出的血红蛋白较狗的血红蛋白更容易形成结晶。Objective: To investigate the nature and occurence of crystals in pulmonary aloevoli previously found in blast and combined burn blast injured rats. Methods: Rats were inflicted with blast and combined burn blast injury. Alveolar crystals were stained by HE and hemoglobin staining, compared with hemoglobin crystals and hemin crystals formed in vitro from rat and dog's erythrocytes. Results: It was found that the crystals mainly formed a few hours after the injury and existed in hemorrhage area with erythrocyte hemolysis. In vitro, rat hemoglobin can form crystals rather quickly after hemolysis. These crystals have the same morphological and staining characters as those of alveolar crystals. Hemin crystals,however,were smaller and hemoglobin staining negative. Conclusion: It has been testified that the crystals in pulmonary alveoli were hemoglobin crystals but not hemin crystals. The hemoglobin of rat is easier to form crystals than that of dogs.
